Executor Hideo is an NPC and Vendor in Destiny 2 and he is responsible for taking caring of the New Monarchy faction for the Faction Rallies. Siding with his faction can bring a number of faction-specific shaders, emblems, weapons, and (class-specific) pieces of armor. Other than for Faction Rallies and receiving their rewards, there’s no other reason to speak to Executor Hideo.

Location
After beating the game for the very first time, Executor Hideo can be found in one location:
- The Tower – Found within the confines of the Tower, Executor Hideo will converse with you as needed.
Rewards
Similar to the other two factions in regards to Faction Rallies, the New Monarchy representative will provide the player with New Monarchy Engrams whenever sufficient quantities of New Monarchy Tokens are handed in for reputation with New Monarchy.
Vendor Goods (Season 2)
The goods available for acquisition from Executor Hideo fall into three categories: Winner's Offering, Faction Rewards, and Armor Ornaments.
Winner's Offering (Season 2)
Only available for purchase if New Monarchy emerges victorious in the associated Faction Rally, Winner's Offering weapons can be purchased by all Guardians for 50,000 Glimmer (for those that did not pledge to New Monarchy for that Faction Rally) or 1,000 Glimmer (for those that pledged to New Monarchy for that Faction Rally).
- Rally 1 Winner's Offering: Loquitor IV (now added to New Monarchy Engram pool)
- Rally 2 Winner's Offering: Legal Action II
Faction Rewards (Season 2)
Only visible to those currently pledged to New Monarchy, this section contains armor pieces which are normally obtained from New Monarchy Engrams. The following can be purchased if the appropriate number of New Monarchy Engrams have been claimed on the current character:
Titan only:
- Coronation Mark (2 Engrams): 15 Legendary Shards, 10 New Monarchy Tokens
- Sovereign Greaves (4 Engrams): 20 Legendary Shards, 10 New Monarchy Tokens
- Sovereign Gauntlets (6 Engrams): 20 Legendary Shards, 10 New Monarchy Tokens
- Sovereign Plate (8 Engrams): 25 Legendary Shards, 10 New Monarchy Tokens
- Sovereign Helm (10 Engrams): 25 Legendary Shards, 10 New Monarchy Tokens
Hunter only:
